Welcome to Common Shaman Sense, where ancient wisdom meets grounded, practical insight for these wild times 😱 we’re all experiencing.

Like many of you, I’ve known what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and disconnected at certain times, but especially these daze!

I’ve been there—out of sync, off track, and asking big questions. With years of lived experience, intuition, and training, I’m here to help you tend to the parts of you that are ready for a shift. It’s not an easy journey but a necessary one in order to welcome who you’re meant to be. 

None of us are meant to do it alone. That’s why I am here to offer you support and encouragement, to release what no longer benefits you, and call home the parts of you that are asking to return. Sometimes the most powerful magic is just remembering who you are. Your timing is perfect!

  • The universe is always speaking to us—through our experiences, emotions, and the world around us.     Shamanic or energy healing is a sacred journey into the unseen. It reconnects us with our inner wisdom and the natural flow of life. As we realign with our sacred self, old patterns begin to unravel, challenges soften, and life starts to move with more ease and support.
