My Training & Intuitive Path
After many years—maybe many lifetimes!!—on this Earth, I’ve come to understand and receive guidance in many forms. Some of it arrived through direct experience, personal encounters, and psychic connection and some came through dedicated training in the following healing modalities:
Reflexology
Reflexology is a hands-on healing practice that applies pressure to the feet/hands to stimulate energy flow and relieve blockages linked to pain or illness. Its roots trace back to ancient Chinese and Egyptian traditions.

Did you know your feet, hands, and ears are energetic maps of your entire body?
Every organ and system is mirrored in specific reflex points found in these areas. After more than 25 years of working with hundreds of feet and wonderful clients belonging to them :) I've witnessed firsthand the profound changes that can happen when the body enters into a state of deep relaxation and trust.
Reflexology gently guides the body back to its natural restorative state, helping to bring the entire system into balance and peace.

3rd Degree Reiki Master
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice where universal energy flows through the practitioner to the client, promoting calm, reducing stress, and opening energy pathways to different levels of healing.
Sei Hei Ki
“spiritual wisdom”
Choku Rei
“universal life force”
-
After practicing Reflexology for a couple of years I began to feel a tingling in my fingers when working on my clients. By that time I knew this was a sign that some other form of healing was knocking at my door. I then discovered Reiki and became an attuned Reiki Master.
I found Reiki to be an amazing healing modality and it is now an innate part of all my healing sessions.
-
The name Reiki comes from two symbols in Japanese: Choku Rei and Sei Hei Ki, meaning “spiritual wisdom” and “universal life force.” I was especially drawn to Tibetan Usui Reiki which has more of a Shamanic vibration.
-
A Reiki master acts as a “conduit” for the universal life force energy or prana that exists around us. Once the practitioner is “attuned” by another master of Reiki she can transmit this refined cosmic energy to her clients in need of healing on the physical, emotional and psychic levels.
-
Because Reiki works with the Universal energy or quantum entanglement (where two particles can communicate instantaneously over a long distance) it has the same effect as a one on one healing.
-
Better sleep
Reduced anxiety
Boosted mood
Reduced pain
Increased energy
Improved blood circulation
Reiki opened up another level of my connection to myself and my clients, and was easily used in long distance healing as well. My guidance wasn’t stopping and soon I was encouraged to train in Reconnective Healing with Dr. Eric Pearl.
Reconnective Healing
Reconnective Healing is a science-supported modality using a new spectrum of magnetic energy and Light Codes that interact with Earth’s field and our personal energy systems.
-
Reconnective Healing is described as a more comprehensive spectrum of healing which brings in a different focus than Reiki yet in combination is a double whammy! You can think of it as the new “String Theory” in quantum physics - reconnecting loose threads of light from the individual that have been frayed or disconnected to the light threads in our earth’s magnetic field.

The messages kept coming for me to open new windows of healing. I was amazed and fascinated by the different modalities that were presenting themselves to me, one after another.
Eden Energy Medicine
Donna Eden is known the world over for her seemingly simple yet comprehensive techniques to help clear and balance our energy fields to restore health and vitality. I have studied her amazing techniques for many years and love sharing them with my clients.
-
Each of us has a “light body" or “aura”—an energy field that surrounds us and connects us to the natural rhythms of the Earth, the planets, and the universe. This field is always moving, shifting, and responding to what’s happening inside and around us—like stress, emotions, even solar flares and cosmic waves.
After years of studying “Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine” techniques, I’ve seen just how amazing these systems are—and how much they affect how we feel from minute to minute.
-
When this energy gets clogged or out of balance, we can feel tired, anxious, depressed or just “off”. Donna’s discoveries and teachings offer quick, intuitive ways to clear it.
By realigning the energy body, we support the body’s natural ability to heal and return to balance and peace.
Energy medicine isn’t about fixing what's broken—it’s about coming back into flow, reconnecting with yourself, and tuning in to the bigger rhythms affecting everyone on earth.
My next addition to my medicine bag was the use of tuning forks and sound/vibrational healing.
Vibrational Healing with “OHM Tuning Forks”
Acutonic tuning forks are unique in combining Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and sound therapy. They’re gentle, non-invasive, and deeply grounding.
-
Imagine the vibration of tuning forks precisely calibrated to resonate to the same sacred harmonics and frequencies our ancestors once followed through the constellations and heartbeat of the earth.
That’s the spirit behind OHM tuning forks. Created by two women—musicians/composers, astrologers, healers, and students of “cosmic tones”—these tools blend science, spirit, and sound medicine in a way that feels ancient and revolutionary all at once.
-
Much like acupuncture without the needles, the forks are placed on specific points along the body’s meridian pathways to help open energetic flow. They’re also used around the body and held next to the ears for listening—to feel and sense the subtle mix of vibrations working through your energy field.
These tones gently loosen the places where energy may be stuck—whether physical, emotional, or psychic.
Many people feel an immediate shift.
For some, it's a warm current rising through the body.
For others, it’s a tingling in the spine, a sense of deep stillness, or a sudden lightness—like something heavy just melted away.
This vibrational work invites you back into sacred frequency—into the ancient musical intervals that once guided our ancestors, and still live in our bones today.
Shamanism
Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice where a shaman, acting as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, uses ancient techniques to address illnesses or imbalances on a soul level, often involving interactions with spirit guides and natural elements.

-
Shamanism probably came knocking when I was around nine, though I didn’t know what to call it at the time. I just had this deep sense that there were other realities influencing my life—things I could feel but couldn’t quite explain or control.
It wasn’t until years later, as I was exploring alternative healing, that I found myself being drawn—actually, called—to the path of Shamanism.
I officially began my training in 2008 with The Four Winds Society, and honestly, that was just the beginning. This ancient, mysterious path has kept pulling me deeper ever since, and I’ve never stopped being curious, open, and in awe of the wisdom it holds.
-
Almost all illnesses are stress related. Shamanism helps find what’s underneath the stress.
Ancestral or Archetypal Guides
As I was working with all these blended modalities and loving the results, I noticed something deeply familiar unfolding: As I was working, in my mind’s eye, I would see visions of indigenous beings who would guide my hands or imprint a message for me or my client.
Over time, I came to understand these visions as ancestral or archetypal guides—revealing ancient Earth-based wisdom. They seemed to appear as I was working on or collaborating with a client. They felt like remembrance—like something old and true rising to the surface. I was fascinated! So I set an intention to be able to easily recognize the next step in my journey of healing myself and others both for myself and for those I’m here to support. That guidance, rooted in spirit and carried through the body, continues to inform how I work today.
