Shortly before a client comes for a session I draw one or two oracle cards that usually will show up in our conversation together shedding more light onto the sacred atmosphere we are creating.

We start off with my inquiry about what your concerns are at the moment and/or what challenges you are incountering. In each session I am listening deeply to your body, your energy, and the quiet wisdom I sense beneath the surface.

From here I suggest how we might proceed to address the needs you’ve brought to the session.

This might include one or more of the modalities below:

• A simple ritual or ceremony that will help release an old pattern in order to open space to invite in help to break a cycle of negativity.

• A meditation to help envision and clear old thoughts that still cling to your energy field.

• A journey (much like a meditation) into the spirit world to seek help or discover information that may shed light on the challenge at hand.

• An energetic clearing of heavy energy caught in the auric field which may be bringing discomfort to the physical body. Healing tools may be used such as: hands, rattles, feathers, palo santo, crystals, and certain shamanic and energy medicine techniques.

Today, this guidance is woven into everything I do. Whether we’re working with energy, sound, intuition, or subtle bodywork. I stay tuned to what wants to come through. Sometimes it’s a vision. Sometimes it’s a word, a feeling, or an image meant just for you. Always, it’s offered with care and grounded in the intention to support your healing and alignment.
